CBS21 – The 13th annual State of Child Welfare report was released by the Pennsylvania Partnership for Children. The report highlighted gaps in the child welfare system along with ways to fix those gaps.
The report was focused on abuse and neglect, the foster care system, removal reasons, congregate care reduction, transition-age youth, and racial disparity/disproportionality within the child welfare system.
